Printer Repairs

Limited Service—By Appointment Only

At JP Woods and Prints, our primary focus is 3D printing and design, not printer repair. However, because we operate and maintain dozens of Bambu Lab and Prusa printers in-house, we offer limited repair services for these machines as availability allows. Other FDM printers may be accepted on a case-by-case basis.

Service Disclaimer

3D printer repair services are offered by appointment only and are subject to availability and current workload, regardless of outside referrals.

JP Woods and Prints reserves the right to decline or discontinue service on any machine for any reason, including, but not limited to, excessive damage, unsafe conditions, extensive modifications, contamination, unavailable parts, previous repair attempts, or repairs determined to be impractical or outside the scope of services we provide.

No repair timeline or completion date is guaranteed. Turnaround times are estimates only and may vary depending on workload, diagnosis, parts availability, repair complexity, and unforeseen issues discovered during service.

Diagnostic fees cover the time required to inspect and troubleshoot the machine and are non-refundable, regardless of whether the customer chooses to proceed with the repair or whether the machine is ultimately repairable.

Repair estimates are based on the condition of the machine at the time of diagnosis. Additional problems discovered during disassembly or testing may require additional parts or labor. Customer approval will be requested before performing work that would materially exceed an approved estimate.

JP Woods and Prints is not responsible for pre-existing damage, previous modifications or repair attempts, loss of settings/data, or unrelated component failures.

By submitting a machine for service, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
